Itinerary: All Himachal Honeymoon Package

Day 1: Delhi – Shimla

Morning time arrive in Delhi by Air or Train in the morning meet and greet our representative on Railway station or Air port. Pick up from Delhi Airport or Railway station and drive to Shimla by cab through enchanting hills and breathtaking roadside views. Shimla is the capital of Himachal Pradesh and also known as the “QUEEN OF HILL STATION”. On arrival check in to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Shimla – Kufri – Shimla

Morning breakfast at hotel and Take a half day excursion to kufari, famous for its trekking and hiking trails. Also visit India tourist Park. Enjoy a pony or a yak ride (on direct payment basis). Return to Shimla. Rest of the day at leisure and overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 3: Shimla - Manali

Today morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Manali. (Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking). In short, Manali-is the "Valley of the Gods" and an ideal place for the ones in search of both adventure and comfort). Manali is also called “Valley of Gods”. On arrival check in to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4: Manali local Sightseeing

Today after breakfast drive to city tour of Manali visiting Hadimba Devi Temple (Hadimba Devi temple this temple was built in dating back 1553 is built around a nature cave which enshrines the footprints of the Goddess Hadimba. Hadimba Devi Temple is a wooden temple and is the located in middle of Van Vihar). Tibetan monastery, Vashisht Village which is renowned for its hot sulphur spring and visit Club house also. Later in the evening free to explore the Shopping Malls. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5: Rohtang Pass Up to Snow Line

Today morning after breakfast drive to sightseeing of Rohtang Pass(up to snow line if Rohtang Pass is closed due to snow fall), Enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Yak Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses) Afternoon return to Manali. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6: Manali – Kullu – Dharamshala

Today morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel from Manali. Located at the foot of the spectacular Dhauladhar mountain range, the town of Dharamshala overlooks the lush Kangra Valley in the north Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Renowned for its natural beauty and its ancient Hindu temples, Dharamshala is also world famous as the home of the Dalai Lama and the centre of the Tibetan community in exile. On arrival Dharamshala check in to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7: Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie

Today morning drive to sightseeing of Khajjiar, 23 kms from Dalhousie by road and 13 kms from Kalatop is the mini Switzerland of India i.e. Khajjiar, at a height of 6400 ft. Hutchison writes, "Khajjiar is a forest glade of great beauty, 6400 feet above sea level" known as the mini Switzerland of India and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. There is a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here. Enjoy zorbing & paragliding. After that return back to hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 8: Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie

Day 9: Dalhousie – Delhi

Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Delhi by cab (12-14 hrs) from Dalhousie. Evening Reach in Delhi and drop at airport or railway station as desired.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment Policy

There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.
Tour Cancellation

In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.
Advance Non-refundable

Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
Non-refundable Advance token

Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases
Exceptional Refund Policy

In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)
Hike in Package Costing

The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.
Booking Voucher

Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.
Complimentary Services

Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)

Prepone & Postpone

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.
Prepone & Postpone Charges

The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Prepone & Postpone Charges by service providers

Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
Prepone & Postpone availability

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time
Special Conditions

We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
Advance payment validity

The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
Advance payment transferable

The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
Reschedule the siteseeing

Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Amendment requested during the tour

Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.
